It is our aim to provide you with a prompt and reliable service with high-quality products. We have reviewed our way of working to ensure we can meet your expectations and improve our customer service.
As of Monday 23rd September 2024, our dedicated collection point will be from our new premises at:
Unit 6 Station Road, Rowley Regis
Shower trays will continue to be collected from our Cakemore Road, Rowley Regis location until further notice.
Placing Your Orders

Collection Policy
Orders placed before 12pm on any working day (Monday–Friday) will be available for collection from 2pm the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm but before 4pm will be available for collection after 8am the following working day.
Any items not available in stock will be communicated, and an order confirmation will be sent to the appropriate address.
Urgent Order Collections
We appreciate the need to offer our customers a prompt response to urgent requests for a single product or emergency order. Where possible, we will try to accommodate requests, however some items are stored off-site and may not be immediately available.
